What is Coaching?
ICF defines coaching as partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential. The process of coaching often unlocks previously untapped sources of imagination, productivity and leadership.
We all have goals we want to reach, challenges we’re striving to overcome and times when we feel stuck. Partnering with a coach can change your life, setting you on a path to greater personal and professional fulfillment.
What should I expect in a coaching session?
Each session is 45- 50 minutes and we will meet on a phone call or a Zoom video. Our conversations are always confidential. Many clients prefer weekly or biweekly sessions.
What does coaching cost?
Growth takes time so I recommend that new clients commit to a coaching package. However sometimes a single conversation can provide the insight that will move you forward.

An individual session is $75

5 sessions for $350

10 session coaching package for $700 which includes a complimentary Energy Leadership Index Assessment.
*Currently Health Insurance does not cover coaching.
